Liberate Your Tastebuds™ with Jibneh, Syrian Cheese
Kasbo’s Middle Eastern Kitchen is bringing authentic Levantine flavors to American tables.
Jibneh is a traditional Syrian cheese. This regional Middle Eastern cheese is made from cow’s milk curd that is cured in salt and cooked with a unique spice called mahleb. Mahleb is derived from seeds of cherry pits native to the Middle East. This combination creates a cheese that is slightly salty, with a mild center and the mahleb leaves a nutty, floral finish on your palate.
Kasbo’s Middle Eastern Kitchen’s cheese is not Mediterranean. It’s Levantine. Liberate your tastebuds with the authentic jibneh of the Middle East.
Jibneh that is bold, savory and steeped in story.
